Refund Policy

We will refund the full amount of the registration fee up to 2 weeks before the training. No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the training. Registration can be transferred to another employee within your agency or company at any time. In-person registrations can be applied to the on-demand/virtual option at any time. Prior to two weeks before the training, the difference between the in-person and on-demand option will be refunded. Within two weeks of the training the difference between the in-person and on-demand option will not be refunded. For refunds, to transfer registration, or change to the on-demand option, please use our contact form or email support@invfconsultants.com to request a refund. For SWAIT Reno 2025:
No refunds will be issued after February 10, 2025.
